Ruisen Petroleum Resin Co., Ltd. has two subsidiaries: Puyang Ruisen Petroleum Resin Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shengxian Ruisen Petroleum Resin Co., Ltd.
Established in August 2004, Puyang Ruisen Petroleum Resin Co., Ltd. is a new type of joint-stock enterprise integrating scientific research, production and operation. Located in the western section of Huanghe Road and the National Economic and Technological Development Zone of Puyang city (National Health City, Garden City, Civilized City and Excellent Tourism City) in Henan Province, uyang Ruisen Petroleum Resin Co., Ltd. covers an area of more than 66,700 square meters and has an investment of more than CNY 40 million. With ethylene by-product carbon 5 as raw material, it mainly produces and sells PRS fine C5 petroleum resin series, dicyclopentadiene, nunpolymerized C5 and other by-products.
Our company has two sets of production equipment: the production scales are 40,000 tons of C₅ and 18,000 tons of refined C5 petroleum resin per year; our total assets are nearly CNY 100 million. This device started construction in May 2005 and was officially put into operation in December of the same year. Its products sell well at home and abroad, and are widely used in rubber, adhesives, printing inks, high-grade coatings, traffic road marking paints, hot melt adhesives and other industries. Over 50% of products are for exports and our products are sold well in more than 20 countries and regions such as the United States, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Malaysia and Taiwan, etc.
There are 146 employees now, more than 20 of them are senior and intermediate professional technicians, and more than 70% of them have college degrees. In January 2008, our company was awarded the first-season excellent entrepreneur of Puyang City by the Puyang City Famous Enterprise Evaluation Committee; in July 2009, our company was rated as "Puyang City Credit Enterprise" by the Puyang City Credit Enterprise Evaluation Committee; in January 2010, our company was named as "Puyang City College Graduate Employment Apprentice Unit" by Puyang City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; In December, our company passed the assessment and acceptance of the safety management expert group of Puyang City. Shandong Shenxian Ruisen Petroleum Resin Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock producing enterprise of high-grade C5 petroleum resin. It was established in March 2014 and is located in the middle section of Xiangyun Road, Guyun Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shen County, with an area of more than 100,050 square meters. With an investment of more than CNY 300 million, our 20,000 t/a of DCPD hydrogenated petroleum resin production unit and its supporting public works started construction in February 2015, and was completed and put into trial production in June 2016; especially, its commissioning test was successful and produced qualified DCPD hydrogenated petroleum resin products at one time; our DCPD hydrogenated petroleum resin products have filled the market gap of China and ended the history of domestic demand relying entirely on imports.
Produced by our company using advanced technologies, DCPD Hydrogenated Petroleum Resin is a high-grade C5 petroleum resin with the ethylene by-product C₅ and Dicyclopentadiene as raw materials. With features as excellent tackiness, compatibility, thermal stability and light stability, it can be widely used in hot melt adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives, sanitary products (sanitary napkins, diapers, etc.), tires, medical containers, paints, hot melt road marking paint and other fields. At present, the production equipment is stable, and the product quality and production capacity are in the forefront of the industry of China. Now, our products sell well at home and abroad, and are generally praised by customers, and then have successfully achieved good economic and social benefits. Therefore, our company has been rated as an Advanced unit in the county for key projects, an Advanced unit for safety production, and an Advanced unit for environmental protection, and has been commended and rewarded by the party committee and government of Shen County. On June 25, 2017, our company was successfully certificated to the three-standard management-system of ISO9001, ISO14001 and GB/T28001. We are the only standardized chemical enterprise in the Guyun Economic and Technological Development Zone to take the lead in implementing this three-certification. In 2018, our company applied for 10 invention patents in the State Intellectual Property Office. On this basis, we successfully passed the examinations of the provincial, municipal, and county science and technology departments and obtained the honor title of "national high-tech enterprise".
